To make a reservation enquiry you can email us by clicking 
on the ‘ENQUIRY’ button. If you would like to make a direct
booking you can click on 'BOOK NOW’ this will give you the
availability to book a room and the secure payment page
where you can enter your credit card details.

A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first 
nights fees, whichever is greater, is required to confirm 
reservations made more than 14 days before the
date of arrival.

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full
payment at the time of booking.

Lavender Hill accepts all credit cards, Visa, MasterCard,
Diners.  Amex Cards will incur a 3% additional payment
handling fee.

If you choose to make a bank direct payment please contact
us via email or call us for our bank details.

Prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST (goods and
services tax 15%).

Exclusive Use (Run of House)
Exclusive use of the B&B is available for special occasions,
weddings, honeymoons, or intimate friends and family
get-togethers.  Price is on application.

Check In: After 1pm
Check Out:  12 NOON

If you require a later check out please let us know.
Brides and bridal parties are by arrangement.

Cancellations (This policy applies to all reservations): 
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the 
commencement of the booking will be refunded less $10
administration fee.

Cancellations 21 days or less, prior to the commencement
of the booking, attract a cancellation fee of 50%, of the
total booking or the first nights fees, whichever is greater.

If guests fail to take accommodation by the agreed date,
and without prior arrangement with Coatesville Lavender
Hill, the booking will be automatically cancelled.  A fee of
50% of the total booking or the first nights fees, whichever
is greater will apply.
