Our Holiday Booking Conditions

Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Lavender Hill accepts all credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Diners.  Amex Cards will incur a 3% additional payment handling fee.

If you choose to make a bank direct payment please contact us via email or call us on +64 9 412 5275  for our bank details.

Prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST (goods and services tax 15%).

Boutique Accommodation | Use Of Our Barn

If booking a single room or upstairs/downstairs there may or may not be other parties staying. We will inform you of other occupancy when booking

If you would like to enjoy exclusive, private use of the entire barn, we can secure that with a “run of house” booking.

Only people arranged in the booking are guests. The person making the booking needs to be one of the guests (unless otherwise agreed) and no other parties are permitted. The rental tariff covers normal cleaning but guests are liable for any and all damage incurred, or additional cleaning costs that may be required.

Cancellation of Bookings (This policy applies to all reservations): 
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking will be refunded, less $10 administration fee.

Cancellations made within 21 days to the commencement of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking or the first night’s fees, whichever is the greater.
